How does local pick-up work?

You can now decide you’d like to pick up your order locally instead of having it shipped! Often times this is a fast way to receive your order depending on the day the order is placed. Pickup orders will ONLY be available for pickup at the Midtown Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning from 8-1pm.

The Golden Hour Designs booth is always located on K st between 20th + 21st street in Sacramento, CA during the designated time only.

Orders MUST be placed before 3pm on that Thursday in order to pickup the following Saturday morning. If you place an order between 3pm Thursday and Saturday morning, we cannot guarantee it will be ready for you as most of our products are made to order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow up to 10 days for us to get your order out. We very much appreciate your patience while we navigate our ever-growing business and our efforts to get all orders out as soon as possible! If your order has taken more than 7 days to receive a shipping confirmation or pick-up email, feel free to shoot us an email at amanda@goldenhrdesigns.com and we’ll check up on it for ya.

Do you sell wholesale or consignment?

Yes! Check out our Wholesale tab to shop directly through our Faire or if you’d like to do a private sale, send us an email at amanda@goldenhrdesigns.com for more info.

Do you take custom orders?

We don’t currently have the capacity to take custom orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Exchanges: We can only accept an exchange if the item was purchased within 14 days of original receipt and if the item has a manufacturer flaw or damage. Please send order #, proof of purchase and confirmed shipping address to contact@goldenhrdesigns.com

Missing items: Please send your order # and confirmed shipping address to contact@goldenhrdesigns.com so we can get you a replacement item asap.

Returns: We do not currently accept any returns as our items are all made to order and final sale.
